Priority is given to families with low income, children with disabilities, homeless and foster children.
Bring your child’s Birth Certificate or other proof of age and proof of income for all family members for the past 12 months or the previous calendar year.
We will dually enroll children (attend the school district and Head Start)
Visit one of our centers to complete an application

Housing and Financial Counseling
Housing and Financial Issues are critical to the well being of a family, het they seem to get more and more complicated. Whether your goal is to buy your dream house, or to save the home you have, our HUD certified counselors are here to help.
The CSC offers a variety of services to the residents of our community. They include:

- Court-ordered assessments and evaluations
- Non-court-ordered assessments and programs
- Outreach for grief counseling and support for the caregivers of seniors
- Housing counseling
- Senior Reverse Mortgage Counseling
- Services for Employers
- Parenting classes
- Family mediation
- Seminars for schools and parents
